A. Completed medical and enrolment form (included in application pack) B. Birth Certificate/Vaccination Card/Copy of passport C. Last 2 terms reports D. Two passport sized pictures (Less than 6 months old)
Complete entrance examinations in Maths, English and/or Science
Receive offer of placement letter
